INGREDIENTS
YOU WILL NEED A GLASS JAR, WITH CA. 200 ML CAPACITY
- 1 Zespri SunGold Kiwi - cut into cubes
- 20 g Chia seeds
- 50 ml orange juice - Alternatively, pineapple juice
- 40 g yogurt
- 2 TBSP oats Crunchy or granola
- 1 TSP coconut flakes
- 1 TSP agave syrup - Alternatively, liquid honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- The Chia seeds give You together with the juice in a Jar and leave it for about 10 minutes sources.
